In recent years, China’s online music becomes more and more popular, which leads to the development of the online music market. Mobile communication network and the Internet develop fast, and accelerate the spread of the digital music, which established the operation mode of production, distribution, consumption. MP3 music as a online music representative of the audio media files, adopting the best compression technology to achieve higher compression ratio close to CD quality. The MP3 music is downloaded and disseminated freely, threatening the survival of the MP3 music companies and music creators’ enthusiasm seriously, the copyright of MP3 must be protected urgently. The appearance of mobile digital rights management technology, solves this problem. The technology effectively protects the benefits and copyrights of the content providers, Internet service providers, provides with rich digital content, high-quality content enjoyment and convenient wireless communications services to the users.The paper based on the OMA DRM 2.0 standard, refers to a variety of domestic mobile DRM protection technology and scheme, combining with the characteristics of mobile networks, using the mobile terminal as a security environment, designed a MP3 audio file DRM protection scheme based on Windows Mobile system. The solution doesn’t require analysis of the process of MP3 encoding and decoding, only by analyzing the structure of MP3 files, combining the technology of AES encryption algorithm, encrypts the file in structure. When the users apply for the license, the system uses digital signatures, content Hash value verification, encryption key storage, user certificates, the binding of licenses and terminal equipment and other security technology to ensure the process of license download and use security. Before playing DRM content, mobile DRM client will provide appropriate authentication to ensure the availability and legitimacy of the license, and help players to complete the DRM content real-time decryption playback, facilitate the users to enjoy digital content. When design this system, takes full account of the characteristics of the Windows Mobile operating system, follows the design principle of safety, practicality and low coupling. The design ideas of this system are fitted for a variety of intelligent mobile terminal operating system.At last, using the experimental data and waveform analysis, prove that the scheme has the features of high security and real-time, encryption fast, which can be well applied to mobile terminal music copyright protection, achieved the purpose of the digital copyright protection. In this paper, the mobile DRM digital rights protection system model has a good reference to the follow-up of the designers.
