In recent years, as people recognize the importance of energy saving and low-carbon deepen awareness, building as big energy consumers, in the important role of energy conservation, is increasingly significant. As a way of building the most effective energy saving green building, also will be surging in the world.Paper start from the green building, focusing on the United States and China green building and market conditions, and domestic and foreign policy orientation respected green building, green building energy software illustrates the importance of research and development. And further clarify the paper’s research content, the use of key technologies.Research and development of green building energy saving paper is based on AutoCAD software, the secondary development of graphical interface software. The software for design and construction plans of the building elements, according to actual conditions, set of thermal parameters, the energy analysis and calculation, to help architects design buildings to determine whether the energy-saving buildings, compliance with relevant national and local energy efficiency standards. When the design of the buildings are not energy-efficient, the software provides for the design and construction plans to be modified and re-set the thermal parameters of the function, until the buildings energy efficiency.Papers in accordance with the idea of software engineering theory, through the needs analysis, the overall design, function realization of the whole process, showing the energy analysis software design and implementation of the development process. Papers from the business customer needs and demands of both research and development, carried out a detailed needs analysis. Then demand analysis requires the establishment of a software architecture flowchart. And design a pre-processing, energy analysis and post-processing module, complete the design of energy-saving software. Finally, according to the design, by using C++language to develop, implement green building energy software.Finally, a summary paper and prospects, the results concluded that lack of vision improvement direction.
