With the rapid development of economy, the number of domestic cars and other motor vehicles also will be increased significantly. At the same time, the number of gas stations has also grown dramatically, and the size of gas stations has been expanding. But the vast majority of gas stations were charging through cash transactions or artificial way of settlement currently. This way of work of workload is relatively large, and that the way of work is easy to make mistakes when busy. So the labor intensity of the gas station staff is more increased. Obviously there are many drawbacks in this way. C urrently the popularity rate of the domestic gas station IC card is not high; IC card information management level is not high and inefficient. Computer technology will undoubtedly become the gas station of standardize management, cost savings, improving efficiency of an effective means.This article is based on the actual needs of the current IC card gas station management, using the software engineering knowledge, expounds the requirement analysis, detailed design, system implementation and system testing of the implementation of each part. At the same time, this paper designed a gas station IC card online business hall management system for gas station management and the user, so that the scientific and sta ndardization of work for gas station manager provides the foundation to run.This system based on.NET development platform, object-oriented approach, using C # language, with VS2010 development tools, SQL Server 2008 as the back-end database, using the popular three-tier architecture MVC to implement the gas station IC card online management system and related operations.The system uses B / S architecture, system design main purpose is to achieve gas station IC card online management of information, effic ient, and to achieve unattended automated management, reduce operational costs and risks, improve management efficiency, data reliability and data security, provide strong data support for the business development management decisions.
