Design And Implementation Of City Card Management System

City consumer payment can not achieve a multi-purpose card which are relatively independent platform, Because of the transaction data is relatively independent, so for public consumption inconvenience. City Card system can change consumption model on the basis of the original single-card by the establishment of a unified payment platform and trading platform, providing a convenient, fast and secure unified electronic payment platform.This thesis designs and implements a unified smart card platform which can be used by wide range of settlement of the city based on Web Services architecture. It analysis the various user groups such as cardholder, bank operator, businesses, company of IC card company in the city card applications, detailed analysis of the range of card applications to establish its functional model, static models. The detailed design is presented gradually which includes the Registration&Saving, Bank Contracted, Consumer Terminal Transactions, Data Statistics. Based on the analysis, the system software architecture design and detail description of the key functional which includes Registration&Saving, Bank Contracted, Consumer Terminal Transactions, Data Statistics operation to do the detailed design. The further design of a database model of the system, describes typical table structure. Based on system design, this thesis gives above the realization process of function. Realize data processing series of City Card management processes which includes front-end transfers, consumption and back-office data processing series of City Card management processes. Pressure Test results show that this system is stable, to achieve the desired design goals. Besides, this system is validated to meet with requirements of the current city card applications in various fields.The system can be applied broadly, because it can change the city’s credit card consumption patterns, improve account management and transaction efficiency target, so reduce transaction costs, to meet the city public municipal administration departments, businesses and other user groups consumption and payment management needs.
