Network bookshop is vigorous to develop. Electronic publication annual is increasing constantly. Traditional entity bookshop gets more and more big challenge. Those belong to state-operated entity bookshop since enjoy national some special policies, though, the impact that gets will be less than privately owned entity bookshop somewhat, but the pressure of development is still very huge. The impact that privately owned bookshop gets apparently. According to statistics, in last 10 years, nation-wide contract has 50% of privately owned entity bookshops to close. Entity bookshop survival and development, transition has become inevitable.There are many options in transition process in entity bookshop.This paper carries out research mainly for the E-business application in entity bookshop transition. Paper will be basic with The Marketing Theory of 4P and The Marketing Theory of 4C, carries out research with SWOT analysis law.
