The most popular Internet application is File-Sharing service, with the rapid development of the Internet, File-Sharing services from a center of the server mode to the marginalization of P2P download mode transfer, P2P download mode development, occupy the network a lot of bandwidth, causes the slow network speed, affect the user’s Internet experience. In the school, because of the highly concentrated computers and users, when working during the day-time, network speed is too slow to use, the reason is mainly due to various types of P2P downloading resources, file-download, online video, online music and some others occupy a high proportionNext Generation Internet research has a lot about P2P transmission of content, Base on the campus environment, wo develope Document Resource Sharing System of Campus Network, the design and implementation of a campus network provide document resource sharing service in campus, through this Document Resource Sharing System, the campus network users can share the downloaded resources, thus, the most direct benefits is to achieve better use of resources, reducing the user’s searching and downloading time wasty in Internet, and greatly reduced the flow rate through the localization of campus network transport bandwidth, enhance the usability of system. In addition, this paper discusses how to classify and manager the rich shared resources, cultivating high quality resources, and the idea of building resource library and index libraryThe system is based on the P2P technology development, use Java language, and the JXTA-JXSE development platform for LAN File-Sharing software developement, use the MySQL database and Hibernate database Persistence technology to realize resource database and the index database creation and management, and have tested the implied system for the first step.
