China Mobile communication have a huge network now. GSM’s network construction with a large number of base stations, given the current deployment of integrated development 2G/TD in the future, there will be many 2,3 G base station with same coverage of the development process of gradually moving towards the development of 3G. During this process,2G’s coverage area will be contraction,3G’s coverage area will be expansion. How to use existing resources to adjust the 2,3G’s network switching. How to make the integration of 2,3 G wireless network to be better. Whether wireless network’s Designing or planning, increasingly large-scale adjustment of the base station Attaching is important. So how to increase the efficiency of wireless network design and planning is also important. Our design staff will be lead to improve the network’s quality.The core network’s designer is busy in the daily professional work. The traditional manual method is to mount the base station information and new expansion program’s information into the map. Manually draw region to use their experience to get the corresponding region of the base station Group, and one by one to regulate them, until the every base station is attaching to the appropriate BSC/RNC. Because of the large-scale wireless network, the method of artificial mount the base station is more verbose in a short time, and it’s easy to make many mistakes. That’s so inefficient. Therefore, it is very necessary to seeking out a way to improve the efficiency and accuracy of attaching, which make the design and planning staff to work from complex repeat freed,.This article describes the basic concept and development trends of the mobile communications industry, then analyze the flow of daily attaching work’s various elements. At last, The article compares the efficiency and accuracy of various strategies and methods. Then a BTS/NodeB-BSC/RNC-MSC high-efficient attaching way will bring forward to reader. The method put current base station based on GIS information and the new base station in a program of basic data and information as the initial iteration Value, is calculated according to certain principles and the current building requirements. Then the BTS/NodeB to the BSC/RNC and MSC will be attach together. The threshold’s contrasting is the end. The threshold where the mobile phone to switch between base stations in adjacent frequency as a reference volume.Tthe hyper-threshold of adjacent base stations BTS/NodeB, as articulated in the same BSC/RNC conditions.This method can improve efficiency and reduce the error rate of work, you can also change the threshold according to different types of equipment to respond to different building instance. Because the base station’s information can be take directly from the existing core network, the ground work with real-time is Reliably. This method instead of using a computer program to adjust manually adjusted to reduce the work intensity. It can reduce the error rate and improve work efficiency,too. This method had achieved at the platform of MapInfo Mapx 5.0 with using development tools as Borland Delphi 7.And the program had tested in the environment of Windows XP.
