Research Of Blade Type Server Cluster Performance Test And Optimization

It is described in this paper that is based on blade server cluster performance test and optimization research. The blade type server cluster is introduced of the composition and working principle, the significance of blade type server cluster performance tests, methods and tools, the blade server cluster performance testing process and the different aspects of the optimization method and process. The research methods is based on understanding the development dynamic of the computer cluster system and the cluster Theory of knowledge, through large cluster systems measurement and practice research, and summarize and improvement. Finally, through a variety of measures, the blade server cluster performance is improved.At the same time the key technologies of computer cluster system is also analyzed in this paper. For example:Clusters of centralized management, Infiniband technology, high availability technology, load balancing technology. The paper based on the summary of high performance, high availability cluster, load balancing cluster and different cluster application types. The paper summed also up the computer cluster parallel computing system architecture:SMP, MPP, cluster system architecture. At the same time also analyzed different cluster parallel environment:MPI, PVM environment, and other environmental performance. And the various environments for the actual operation is researched. The important focus is testing methods and optimization methods for Linpack analysis, testing methods and quality for a long time, thorough research, so as to improve the clustering performance, this part of the work is described in the main part of thesis.
