With the rapid development of 3G communications and mobile operators’persisting in strategic transformation, the paper studies the model of IVVR design and service.By 3G-CS network, IVVR is a new system and business model which achieves the interaction of audio and video, also improves users’experience services. Through innovative research on IVVR design and service model, the aim of the paper is to meet users’growing business needs, while improving the level of telecommunications services and to enhance their own competitiveness.Making full use of the knowledge of EMBA and analysis methods such as PEST and 5W1H, the Boston matrix, the product cycle theory and so on, the paper systemically researches IVVR design and service model. Combined with market researches, the paper shows how to build a perfect value chain and win-win business model, and also fully analyses the operating key points including IVVR creation, audit, partner management, marketing strategy and so on. Finally, making full use of the research result, it analyzed the product plan of China mobile IVVR-G3 video news, and further verified the studies’ practicality itself.The paper is divided into six parts, the first chapter introduces the research background and method and significance of the IVVR; The second chapter affords the theory instruction of the IVVR; The third chapter describes the technical principles and design ideas; The fourth chapter studies the model of system services, including marketing research analysis, value chain analysis, business models and operating key points; The fifth cheaper analyses typical case of G3 video with the research results of IVVR design and service model. The last part concludes the paper.The paper obtains the theories on IVVR design and model study, which can be flexibly used to practical projects, to play an important guidance and reference.
