Computer Telephone Integration (CTI) is a technical field developed in these years, and has been widely applied in the service industries currently. Telephone Voice System is typical application of CTI, which is a network, human machine dialogue information system that can provide automatic speech service. It takes advantages of rich social resources, communicates with plenty of information consumers by PSTN and configures the system architecture on LAN. In practice, it provides services to the society by a special phone number. The users can access the system by dialing the special number with a fixed phone or mobile one, and the system can response automatically. The system understands the users' requirements by a friendly human-computer dialogue way, either searching relative information in database or doing some else operation, then gives feedback in speech or other forms to the users about the situation, result or advice. This system improves service quality of an enterprise and will be widely used in the future.The paper is focused on the research of CTI, IVR, TTS and database and their relations. Development course and simple composing of Telephone Voice System is introduced and discussed the principle of its constituent scheme, general structure, develop surrounding and technique application in the paper. At the same time, a hardware scheme that can satisfy this system is determined by design size, service scope and cost. Network communication model about customer/server designed in this paper advance the run competence of system. Multi-protocol, multi-service and concurrent design of client-side and customer-side apply the capability that treat request of multithreading con-current and mobile to the system. Furthermore, the task introduce the function and implement of interactive mode Voice Answer System, design the visualization voice editor, including IVRAPI interface module block, IVREditor module block, IVRFlowService module block and Monitor module block, which has the advantage of high efficiency ,convenience, shortcut and high capability.This paper mainly focuses its research on the solution of key problems, such as the design and realization of the interactive mode system and interactive mode IVR, and design telephone voice system of multithreading, multi-protocol and multiple services and interactive mode IVR. Finished telephone automatic reservation system and voice mail box system have high application value. |
