The so-called Safety in production, refers to the operation of the production process of industry, in order to prevent accidents causing injury and property damage and take the appropriate accident prevention measures. Safety is the industry production process smooth and orderly conduct, the basis for the continuous development of social productive forces and an important guarantee. With China’s continuous development of all sectors of society, toward the object safety production supervision complex, diversified development, the regulatory system, the system functionality, reliability, real-time, system versatility and so calls for a substantial increase. The original system in a growing number of industrial applications which gradually shows its limitations, it is an urgent need for basic work safety supervision and related technical support system research. On how to strengthen the technical level of production safety supervision system, improve the efficiency of the existing regulatory system, it will be for some time an important industry, production safety supervision tasks and development direction.The Internet of things that through a series of technical means, through the various items of data to achieve Internet access and exchange, as a basis for intelligent control of the entity’s business processes, information management. Internet of Things is to extend from the application point of view the concept of an information industry. In recent years the popularity of networking applications for the information management industry had a profound impact. Safety production industry in the "five" development plan which proposes to build a dynamic regulatory system, strengthen the supervision system in normal circumstances the predictive power of risk. The new system requires a complex at the technical level and a variety of multi-source heterogeneous data fusion, and to ask as much as possible blind spot information system covering the past, in order to achieve a comprehensive and reliable information collection.Relying on national science and technology to support this project, "City of dynamic regulation of production safety risk technology research and demonstration", around the "safe production industry promoting the use of things" and "common technical safety monitoring method," for there is an existing access control system way limit, the data type of separation, there are blind spots and other regulatory issues comprehensive solutions, from in-depth analysis of the following aspects:1, safety industry overall System of Things2, a variety of network access method is compatible with the system3,3 G network monitor application examples of things4, integration of multiple data logging and display together5, for the improvement and expansion of existing systems, reduce blind spot monitoring systemIndustry needs through the safety analysis and research of key technologies, a set of ARM-based control terminal and the corresponding system architecture design, production safety supervision in which the above-mentioned practical problems put forward possible solutions. At the same time build experimental demonstration system, its specific function and application of feasibility analysis.
