From GSM to TD-SCDMA serviced in 2009, the network of communication in our country developed quickly as the technology of mobile communication was advanced and the numbers of mobile equipment was speedily increased. As time goes on, the people needed better and better mobile communication. For this, the related technology of communication, for example, transmission rate态channel capacity and channel ber, would keep up with this need. But all this would lead to augment the complexity of communication network and a large of demand in technicist and detected equipment, only for the ensurance in normal operation.The paper presents the work that author has taken when participated in the project of analysis of Broadcast in the Downlink of Multi Mode in the Base Station. The primary contents of this paper are described as follows. First, explain the platform of hardware and the developed surroundings in this paper. Second, discuss the mechanism of coding transmitting in the downlink broadcast signaling of GSM and TD-SCDMA. And especially explained the rule of ASN.1 used in the TD-SCDMA. Third, illustrate the project of software and implementation in the function of analysis of GSM and TD-SCDMA. At last, summarize the research work and target of the next step.Based on the protocol of GSM and TD-SCDMA system, the works were implemented under Windows platform, using Visual studio IDE. In the phase of requirement analysis, the needed functions were determined using function-oriented method. And in the design process, the main frame of analysis about downlink signaling were designed using object-oriented method. Then in the phase of coding, the work was finished with C++. At last, every part of the software can do a good work, and can correspond the rule of protocol of GSM and TD-SCDMA.
