The system of TD-SCDMA is developed by China, so it has the important pole in the Chinese telecommunication field, even in the international telecommunication field. TD-SCDMA adopts several key techniques including Smart Antenna, Joint Detect, Uplink Synchronization Control, Dynamic Channel Allocation, N-frequency sector, Baton handover and Radio-link detect which can improve the network performance of TD-SCDMA.In this paper, to introduce the summary and advantages of TD-SCDMA, the theory of three key techniques such as Smart Antenna, Joint Detect and Baton handover. And to study the interference influence and the capability influence of Smart Antenna, Joint Detect and Baton handover on the TD-SCDMA. Author takes part in the jobs of network planning and road-mapping in the company. Though comparing the three key techniques with the other techniques and a series of simulators and tests, the advantages of the key techniques are validated, such as reducing the system's interference, increasing the system's capability, decreasing the call-failure rate and so on. In the paper, also to emphasize the importance and advantages of combining the three key techniques.
