It is disadvantageous to enterprise’s informationization construction and influences seriously on enterprise market reaction rate and market competition ability, which is more obvious to the large-scale manufacturing companies that have complex products than others.Based on the flow of information, this paper study of contract management, designs information the complete contract management information system framework, and develops the corresponding system. Firstly, this paper studies Shanghai construction luqiao company’s sales contract business process in detailed and analysis of the shortage and limitations.Then it research sales contract system structure and the characteristics of the system, and the management of the contract after the concentration of contract management, contract management, change and shipping access control management, the main functional modules process analysis and design.
