Bank-insurance Oriented Knowledge Repository Of Key Technology Research And System Building

As insurance industry is playing a more wide-range role in the area of social security, the problems of credibility of insurance agent and safety of insurance industry itself are becoming obvious. Regarding to the insurance service, it is the priority to protect customer’s privacy, and then to make sure no falsification in the information of insurance applicant and service. In addition, confidentiality and integrality of information data must be kept in each side of insurance. The problem to be solved in the Decision Support System of insurance knowledge resources based on the hyper cloud distribution is:by the Decision Support System mentioned above, how to make sure the authentic operation of knowledge decision support system in the dynamic, open and intractable insurance industry environment with the complicated component technology and fusion communication system.This thesis firstly analyzes the new situation of current insurance industry with the management of bank assurance business, on the basis of researching the related theories of knowledge mode and knowledge base. Combining with Ontology, we puts forward a new knowledge mode, which labors knowledge resources collection of intelligent inquires, data warehouse, data mining, decision support and fusion communication construction methods, aiming at the application requirements of insurance business and bank assurance business knowledge and resources bank. The developed system integrates a fusion communication application platform, and three systems:business processing system, knowledge processing system and decision support system. Based on the "One Platform Three Systems", this thesis designs hyper cloud distributed bank assurance business knowledge, resources decision and Web call controlling technical solutions of support system.This thesis aims at high reliability of carrier-class high performance and cloud controlled research, construction and operation of bank assurance knowledge resource system platform. The industry knowledge resources of assurance resource knowledge bank, established in this work, include:insurance industry regulations, product standards, insurance industry analysis report, insurance agent operation business model, insurance industry service solutions and insurance industry management database, etc. It is the key element of this task to accomplish the synergy of insurance resources interconnection and technical service decision analysis platform.
