| The pig growth performance determination is a key link in the pig-breeding production. Platform scale and electronic scale are usually applied for pig growth performance of testing work by simple reckoning in most of farms. Performance testing with the artificial method, which is reluctant to reflect the key performance index of growing speed and feed conversion efficiencies accurately, that can not make an effective condition monitoring and statistical analysis of data for pig growth. Therefore it is urgent and important to develop accurate testing equipment to work for pig breeding in china.RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)technology, single-chip automatic control technology, Database and PC management software technology will be applied in performance testing of breeding pig in this study, to make determination to achieve intelligent automation. The result of analyzing data of pig growth performance by the PC management software is able to understand pig growth situation and is conducive to culture healthily.This system is composed of determination stations with single-chip automatic control system and a PC Host machine. Automatic control system takes AT89S52single-chip as the core, which is responsible to identify the electronic ear tag, to weigh the pig and feed with the electronic scale, to control the feeding motor, to collect, to memory, to dispose, time display and transmit the feed data. PC management software is based on SQL Server2005and visual integrated development software platform of Delphi XE, which is responsible to receive and to save the data which the single-chip automatic control system sends, it will send control commands, it will analyze, summarize and dispose the data. The graph and the analysis would be displayed on the monitor or be printed with the printer. More importantly, those data can generate the pig growth of healthy curve by data analysis to guidance breeding pig effectively.This pig-determination intelligent system has following characteristic:(1) uses of radio frequency identification (RFID) technology for the identification of individual pigs;(2) using high-precision acquisition module for getting pressure sensor signal;(3) achieving that it is automatic and intelligent to feed individual pig, it can automatically get pig growth performance and it is able to automatically analyze and process data and generate healthy growth curve of pigs.This system of design method uses a modular design principle; the development environment takes AT89S52which is very mature and inexpensive microcontroller as the master controller core. Therefore it makes the cost be low, and make reliability be increased.Experiments show that pressure sensor has a high precision, static error is0.2%;RFID reader is high sensitive, reading time consumption is less than15ms, reading distance can reach8cm; the operation of hard and software are stable. This system has reached the design requirements of the pig breeding and has improved great significance. |
