At present, most domestic manufactures of electronic tags detection can only do thequalitative analysis and quantitative analysis is rarely able to do it in quality testing of theelectronic tags, and the quantitative analysis plays an important role in the label quality detection.So according to the requirements of the electronic tags manufactures’, we finished the design forthe electronic tags automatic detection system. This system studied and designed an electronic tagautomatic detection based on the principle of mutual inductance coupling. The test system usedthe embedded technology for the hardware and software. The main work of this paper is asfollows:(1) The article analyzes the composition and working principle of the EASsystem .Studying test methods existing at home and abroad, according to the actual situation ofmanufactures of the electronic tags, the principle of mutual inductance coupling eventually as thetest method. This paper analyses the mutual inductance model at first and simulated the results ofanalysis by MATLAB.(2) Design and detection of sensor were finished. In the EAS systems, the most importantelement of the design is the sensor. Because the performance of sensor is good or bad may affectthe accuracy of the system. In this paper, put forward two different sensor models: the model ofmono-coil sensor and double-coil sensor. For the model, we do theoretical analysis on first, andthen using the MATLAB to simulate it based on the results of the theoretical analysis. Accordingto the results of simulation and the actual data, we confirmed the double-coil model as the sensorsystem model.(3) Analyzing the reasons about the stability of parameters. In the electronic tag test process,there is a phenomenon that the system’s parameters are not stable. In this paper, we analyze theproblems at first through the theoretical analysis and then combining with the actual data of test ofsoftware and hardware and find the reasons of system parameters unstable and give furtherimprovements.(4) This thesis finishes the working of improvement for the software and hardware. The corehardware of the system used the ARM architectures LPC2214 which completed the working ofsystem peripherals control; For the software, we transplanted an embedded real-time operatingsystem ofμC/OS based on the platform of hardware. The software completes the relevanthardware drivers, and achieved multi-task management and parallel operation for the system.Then, in the program, we used filtering algorithm to improve the anti-interference ability of the system. In the programs, optimizing it and increasing the print function.(5) This thesis also tests the parts and filtering algorithm performance of system, analyzes thedata and evaluated the reliability of the system.According to the process of design and analysis of data, with the theoretical analysiscombined with the experiment data, the reliability of the system is verified. The results show thatthe performance of the system meet the design requirements and stably. At present, the detectionsystem had been used by a label manufacturer. Feedbacks show that the system is easy to operateand works stably and improving the production efficiency.
