Based On Sql + Asp Network Auxiliary Teaching Platform Design And Implementation Of Colleges And Universities

The thesis took the web-assisted teaching platform of the college which the author works for as an example to discuss the needs, technology design and running situation of the college web-assisted teaching platform. It analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the practice with ASP+SQL developing frame, the practical demands for web teaching and management of the school which the author works for. Therefore, it constructed a solution on feasibility of ASP+SQL facilitated teaching platform and a structure of the web platform’s whole needs.Standing on the practical demands, the author extended the general functions of the usual web-assisted teaching platform, taking the current situation of this kind of platform and the special demands of her school into consideration. This platform combined these three parts: administration, teaching faculty, students organically. It designed the web-assisted teaching platform based on ASP+SQL. Through ASP, ASP directive, SQL database, ActiveX component and HTML language, it created and operated an interactive dynamic web teaching and management platform. As to the content, the thesis made a clear introduction to the sub-systems such as publish, credit calculation, advanced individual election, online test grading and students’extra-curriculum activity group in order to build a dynamic system. Taking the advantages of the Internet, such as efficiency, autonomy, convenience, dynamic management, etc., it set up a well-rounded WAT system. Therefore, students can browse the course arrangement, log on the platform to do tests and check out the results anywhere and anytime. Teachers can supervise students’performance and submit the course design. Working on a friendly interface, all users can utilize the system with zero installation and achieve the web-assisted working. As to the structure, the thesis discovered the current situation of WAT platforms and their flaws. Then, it researched on related technologies. At last, it unfolded the design of the web-assisted teaching platform based on SQL + ASP. This frame is easy to develop and arrange, stable and convenient to test, which is beneficial to promote the system’s flexibility and collaboration efficiency in development. The web-assisted teaching platform based on SQL+ASP owns lots of advantages. Its subjectivity, high efficiency, extensiveness, dynamics can optimize the teaching and management, which can stimulate and promote the college to process the work based on the information, web and autonomy and the college’s wholly development. The thesis aims to make a practical contribution to promote scientific teaching and teaching action research through the WAT platform base on SQL+ASP.
