Low ripple power module is the core device of high performance military frequency source, it’s very important to keep the functioning properly of the source. Usually frequency source system is very sensitive to the ripple noises. It will influence the use of the frequency source system if it’s input voltage varied in a large range. To solve the problem, we use switching-mode regulator, then there will be low ripple voltage and stable DC output that will unaffected by changes of input voltage or load. Also the regulator owns high efficiency and power density, can satisfy the requirements of the small size system.This project accomplished following series research work:1. Intruduce the present status and development trends of power module.2. Research deeply in the single flyback circuit, including it’s work principle, main points in design, Etc.3. Detailed design the parameter of circuit, and discussed the ring circuit design with emphasis.4. Studied the design and simulation of transformer with emphasis.5. Deeply analyzed efficiency of circuit and compared with test results.6. Studied the simulation of circuit with emphasis.7. Manufactured the power source module sample, and analyzed the related wave forms.The result indicated that this project design is correct, reasonable and feasible, worked through the above series has completed this project research successfully.
