In the21century, along with the rapid development of the computer technology and internet technology, information growth fast. In the new information environment, literature retrieval becomes to be a required skill to every scientific researcher in the near future. Our colleges and universities have began the literature retrieval teaching since1984.with the purpose of developing students’literature search ability, document management ability and utilization ability, the teaching object, teaching environment, content of courses have been changed form bibliography education stage to network information retrieval education stage. The rapid development of the network and the information technology brings opportunity and challenge to our literature retrieval teaching. Under the background of the aggravation of the information divide, construction of literature retrieval teaching platform is the inevitable choice to our education. The core of web2.0is not reflected on the technology, but embodied in people-oriented and removal of the centre of the information release. Literature retrieval course is a very practical course. The effect of learning easily affected by time, distance, influence of the atmosphere. On the other hand, the literature retrieval teaching platform based on free or cheep web2.0technologies will build a instant feedback channel, realize multiway communication and resource sharing by the method of the open and asynchronous and interactive communication. This platform will flexibly meet the personalized needs of students, close to students’internet use, inspire students’ learning enthusiasm and creative ability. In order to adjust the teaching program, updating the teaching contents, It also can build a feedback to master dynamic of students.This paper introduces the literature retrieval teaching object, content, method, target. From the characteristic of the literature retrieval teaching and the needs of the teaching reform. Through the survey, to analysis the learning disabilities under the traditional teaching mode. Based on the constructivist learning theory, teaching theory of learning paradigm. Combined with the teaching experience of application of Web2.0,this paper focus on discussing how to construct a perfect platform on line for literature retrieval teaching based on web2.0technology. It will provide the basis for the development of literature retrieval teaching. It also provide a reference to other subjects.
