Open pit is generally a large-scale open-air production system which depends on shovel excavation and motorized truck transport. Along with the automation and mechanization of mining equipments constantly improving, mining and transporting cost is highly increased. In order to ensure rationality and optimization of the production in open pit enterprises, optimized dispatching of the trucks and shovels plays a crucial role in open-pit production operations.The existing trucks dispatching system of open pit mainly express2D visually monitoring information of mine production, lack of intuitiveness of production dispatching brings some difficulties for operators to understand the actual production operations. Along with the visualization technology of3D data sets developing,3D simulation of open-pit trucks dispatching has become a hot issue of digital mine research.3D simulation model of open pit can intuitively and vividly express the operation of mine production dispatching, comprehensive, multi-perspective, real-time dynamic observation and analysis of the mine production is achieved.Based on deeply analyzing the development and application of domestic and international open-pit trucks dispatching system, the main research contents of this thesis are summarized. It is of theoretical significance and practical value to carry out this research project. The function of data interface is imperfect between trucks dispatching system and open-pit management system, and the design of DXF data interface is completed after analyzing the data information of open-pit topographic maps based on DXF files. A data channel is established between AutoCAD and the trucks dispatching system of open pit. The module of2D visual monitoring is an important part of open-pit trucks dispatching system. On the basis of analyzing the composition of open-pit road network and method of data acquisition, the database of road network is built, and2D real-time displaying and updating of open-pit road network is completed. The auxiliary interface of simulated parking is designed for solving the overlapping problem of the monitoring interface, analyzing the relationship between position of trucks and shovels and the road network, the2D real-time dynamic monitoring, which reflects the transport location and status of mining trucks, shovels and other equipments, is accomplished. There is no or imperfect function of3D visualization and simulation for the existing dispatching system of open pit, the methods of three-dimensional modeling and trucks dispatching3D dynamic simulation of open pit are deeply discussed. With the3D data in the DXF files extracted and pre-processed, triangular mesh model of the open-pit mine is generated under the algorithm of Delaunay triangulation. Based on Open Inventor3D graphical system, rendering and display of the open-pit3D model is realized. With dynamic monitoring of open-pit production completed,3D simulation of the open-pit production dispatching is achieved. With analyzing ore grade data, the database of ore grade is built. Visualization of ore grade data is accomplished, which provides effective guidance for digital ore blending with the help of trucks dispatching system of open pit.The developed system is verified by the actual production data of open pit, and a favorable effect is obtained. It is of great significance in theatrical and practical application.
