Refrigerated trucks are one of the important aspects of the cold chain transportation. In recent years, with the rapid developmenting of China’s cold chain system, the number of refrigerated trucks has increased dramatically. At present, refrigerator car only install the temperature sensor in china. Cold chain system is not only frozen food. Many flowers and drug widely used refrigerated truck transport. With the increase in modified atmosphere and high value-added products transportation, only monitor the temperature inside information is far below standard. We need to build more than one environmental parameter measurement system, such as humidity, pressure, gas composition. We measure the pressure in favor of safety and quality of the goods vehicle. Some of our scholars have begun to study the role of decompression cold storage of fruits and vegetables. Subject primarily is responsible for the development of a pressure measuring device that meets refrigerated compartment environment.Piezoresistive sensing principle is the method of most commonly the highest market share and pressure measurement. It is the commonly method for smart pressure sensor. Through a lot of market research, the paper describes the status of the development of domestic and foreign pressure sensors in both analog and digital pressure sensors.This article briefly discusses the pros and cons of the various pressure-sensing technologies and focuses on the piezoresistive pressure measurement principle. The article also describes the production of smart pressure sensor technology.This article uses a piezoresistive pressure sensor produced a pressure measurement system base on MODBUS bus technology. It has a temperature compensation, low power consumption and high IP rating, etc. Sensor modeled on the basic structure of an integrated pressure sensor inside. I developed a measurement system optimized structure, device selection, protection, etc for refrigerated trucks environment. Articles verified measuring the effect of the system by experiments. We adopt calibration experiments in Tianjin Institute of Metrological Supervision Testing. The system has reached high stability and accuracy of the line. Therefore, the subject of pressure measurement system developed in the future, such as cold chain transport and pressure measurement applications. The article has some significance.
