Research On Similarity Model And Knowledge Fusion Method For Knowledge Element

With a high degree of social progress, the continuous development of the Internet and other IT, it increases high degree of mutual cooperation and restraints in various fields of governments, enterprises, institutions and other organizations, especially in the study of emergencies derivative evolution and emergency decision-making, it shows its high degree of complexity and involves multi-domain, multi-disciplinary knowledge as one simple knowledge can’t solve all problems. Therefore, with a unifying the same essentially knowledge representation, efficient management knowledge, optimizing the knowledge base, it can better meet the needs of decision support.Above background and current situation, the text will start from the points of how to fusion into one form of the same knowledge with a number of diverse abstract representation covering all forms of knowledge, to study the selection criteria similar knowledge and high knowledge fusion method in-depth research on knowledge representation. The main research works are as follows,(1) Through practice cognitive process of the objective world, we will have a depth understanding of the knowledge of the theory defined specification and select the carrier of knowledge as knowledge representation, the role and relative importance of the research knowledge elements.(2) In order to lay the foundation for the fusion of the knowledge element, according to the definition of specifications of the knowledge element theory, we put forward the knowledge of knowledge-based similarity model; according to the characteristic property of the knowledge, we compute the degree of similarity of two knowledge elements.(3) According to the knowledge element itself reminding, we proposed one knowledge fusion box that is based on the knowledge element. With the pretreatment of the knowledge element, the knowledge element similarity computing and three core modules of knowledge element fusion, it makes different subjective abstractive fusion for the same objective things into one more abundant connotation, integrity and availability of more knowledge element.The text makes up the disadvantages of the open knowledge supplying, it does much favors on the control of the knowledge based size, simplifying the knowledge based structure, and optimizing the knowledge element in the knowledge base, such as save storage space, optimize the relationship between knowledge, effective knowledge management. It shows its significances for managers on decision-making.
