| With the explosion of asset information, corresponded management system and strategies becomes a vital and essential issue or else asset may experience depreciation which obstructs its development. Therefore, through research on information-based housing management construction for universities, this article discussed and explores the topic regarding the establishment of evaluation and management system in terms of information-based asset for universities.In this article, the author first introduces the background and meaning of this topic, then elaborates on.NET system and related definitions, explains the advantages of using C#as the development language and analyses theories and methods based on UML software modeling and database design. After careful analysis for the need of asset management information system, the author makes overall design and database design for the system. Secondly, the author introduces realization of the software, using core mode as an example to show the code realization process for the system, and completes the project test at last.By optimizing the procedures, enhancing the establishment of information-based asset management, promoting information sharing and communication and improving asset management environment can people avoid verbose handwork affairs and work in parallel, thus increasing work efficiency and quality. |
