With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, the spectrum resources become scarce day by day. The shortage of spectrum resources and the lower efficiency are very contradictory. The cognitive radio technologies came into being, and obtained the widespread research and the development in order to make full use of the spectrum resources.Cognitive radio is a new intelligent spectrum sharing technology, which is put forward recently for resolving the shortage of spectrum resource and the lower utilization efficiency. It is flexible, intelligent and has the ability of reconfigurable parameters. It may change some parameters, which relies on machine learning and genetic algorithm, such as the transmission power, modulation and carrier frequency for adapting the complex wireless communication environment by sensing the idle spectrum of wireless communication environment.Spectrum allocation is not only an important aspect in cognitive radio, but also a hot spot topic in this field. Since cognitive radio concept was pioneered, it has caused hot discussion, and many scholars put forward various representative spectrum allocation models with the classic mathematic theory models and microeconomic theory models, such as based on the allocation models of graph theory, based on the allocation models of auction and based on the allocation models of game theory, etc. Most algorithms mentioned in these models that do not match with the actual environment of cognitive radio systems, so researching proper spectrum allocation models is a matter of urgency. In this thesis, the main content involves the spectrum allocation of the cognitive radio system. Due to the competition between the cognitive radio users, which not only makes communication more difficult, but also rises the cost of communication sharply. Based on it, this thesis makes a detailed study of spectrum allocation. In this thesis, the game theoretical framework of spectrum allocation based on price mechanism in cognitive radio networks is modeled, and the notion of spectrum discrepancy and price determiner function are introduced, and design the quiescent game algorithm of cognitive radio. The algorithm is designed to maximum the profit of primary systems and cognitive systems, and improves the spectrum utilization efficiency of primary systems. The simulation result indicates that the proposed algorithm can reach the Nash equilibrium, and the primary systems and cognitive systems get the maximum positive utility in the equilibrium point as the same time.
