With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, wireless communication becomes an important part in people's life, the demand for spectrum resources becomes increasingly urgent, while the spectrum is finite and non-renewable.Studies showed that the use of spectrum resources is very unreasonable, which resulted in a waste of limited resources, so it's essential to search for more efficient spectrum allocation techniques to improve the utilization of spectrum. Under such a circumstance, the cognitive radio technology came into our world, and spectrum allocation is a significant part of the cognitive radio technology, the paper under the background of spectrum allocation in cognitive radio network, takes the game theory as research tool, take the start as improving the utility function of the players' in game, and finds the Nash equilibrium to maximize the effectiveness of the user, maintains the order of the spectrum market and improves the use efficiency of spectrum.Firstly, the current status of spectrum allocation technology in cognitive radio network is introduced, several classical game models are listed: Cournot model,Bertrand model, Stackelberg model and duplicate models. And then this paper analyses the feasibility of the spectrum allocation based on game theory and discusses the spectrum allocation process.Secondly, more than one primary users during the Spectrum trading on Bertrand model has been researched. The paper plugged in a new factor named consumer credit in utility function to curb malicious bidding from the primary user, undermined the market, improved the spectrum efficiency, and then analysed that the improved algorithm exits the unique Nash Equilibrium point. Simulation results show that the main users of credit with different channel quality, cognitive feedbacks the different consumer credit and the spectrum allocation policy adjusts the user benefits accordingly. Finally, the research of the cognitive user and more than one primary users during the Spectrum trading on Cournot model is made. In the cognitive users' game model, when the main users prices the spectrum, consumer credit and spectrum efficiency are added in the spectrum pricing functions, and verifies the improved algorithm exits the unique Nash equilibrium point. Simulation results show that the algorithm is steady, the convergence of improved utility function and the existence of Nash equilibrium function, and verify the effectiveness of the user getting the maximum at the time of Nash equilibrium point at the same time.
