As one of the hottest topic in today’s communications industry,Wireless communicationtechnology has developed rapidly in broadband, intelligence and digital.Based on the developmentbackground, limited spectrum resources has gradually saturated. But on the other hand, some of theexisting communication business using fixed spectrum allocation methods, which has caused manyspectrum resources in wireless system have different degree of waste and idle in time andspace.Cognitive radio technology is a new intelligent wireless technology, through intelligentspectrum management, from dimensions such as time, space and frequency to be aware of theavailable spectrum hole environment, and then conduct a reasonable and effective allocation andreuse,。in this way cognitive radio technology becomes a reasonable way to solve the problem ofspectrum "shortage".The first chapter points out the research background, purpose and significance of cognitiveradio. The second chapter presents and analyzes the key technologies of cognitive radio anddistribution theory. The third chapter first introduces the related basic concepts of game theory, andexpounds the spectrum allocation schemes based on game theory. And then introduced theauthorized user spectrum pricing scheme based on Nash equilibrium. It also puts forward that thefirst-order system step response in control theory can be introduced to simulate the case when thereis a stable game results. Then it discusses the authorized user spectrum pricing scheme based onNash coordination. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes how to use the potential game model tostudy the dynamics of cognitive radio spectrum allocation problem. And by constructing a dynamicgame model, it demonstrates the existence of Nash equilibrium and the potential function of theprocess. In order to reduce the opportunity waste in the algorithm iteration cycle,it improve thescheme to make sure that each cognitive users won’t get two consecutive adjustmentopportunities. The Fifth chapter mainly discusses the research work of this paper, and according tothe research achievements put forward some expectations of further research.
