With the development of wireless communication technology in recent years, wireless communication provides a great convenience for the life and other aspects of human learning. However, fixed division of wireless spectrum resources caused the low spectrum resource utilization rate, which is unable to meet the rapid growth of wireless communication service demand. Cognitive radio network can share the spectrum resources, complete the dynamic allocation of spectrum resources, and effectively improve the spectrum utilization rate. Presently, there are numerous researches of idle spectrum detection of cognitive radio network technology but few researches of the idle spectrum detected how to reasonably allocate. Based on the research of the spectrum of cognitive wireless network, this paper effectively improves the utilization of the spectrum to ensure the maximum benefits of each user through the Nash equilibrium for the game.Firstly, this article summarized the research status of cognitive radio network and the spectrum allocation of cognitive wireless network based on game theory. Several classic game models are listed: Cournot model, Bertrand model and Stackelberg model. The feasibility analysis and spectrum allocation of cognitive wireless spectrum allocation process is discussed by using game theory.Secondly, analyses are based on the primary users existing price game with the Bertrand model. The existing algorithm does not relate to that the primary user of spectrum occupancy has effects on the primary user utility and the enthusiasm of the proposed spectrum control factor, the utility function of the primary user is improved, and the existence and the solving process of the primary user of game Nash equilibrium was analyzed. The simulation results show that the Nash equilibrium that is based on Bertrand primary users of static game converge, which verifies the effectiveness of the improved utility function, but also verifies the Nash equilibrium price, is the main utility maximizing strategy. The experiment studied the effect of spectrum control factor on the Nash equilibrium and the primary user utility. Finally, the cognitive user spectrum allocation algorithm is studied based on Cournot model. With analyzing the existing user cognitive spectrum sharing algorithm, the primary users’ spectrum pricing function is improved in order to reflect the fairness and the spectrum of cognitive users competition better to suited to their own needs. The primary user of most existing algorithms responses spectrum pricing function through the relationship between supply and demand, so this paper used the main suppliers to maximize the spectrum utility of users as a starting point. According to the spectrum pricing function, the utility function of the cognitive user is given to improve the stability analysis of the improved algorithm. The simulation results show that the improved utility function of the cognitive user effectiveness and Nash equilibrium surely exist, also verified that the spectrum demanded to reach Nash equilibrium is the cognitive user utility maximizing strategy.
