The Construction And Implementation Of The "one Network" Communication System Of Beihai Branch Based On Distributed Switching SIP Protocol

Distributed Switched SIP Protocol is based on pure text signaling protocol,which can not only manage meetings on different networks,but also achieve any type of communication between terminal equipments.Internet based SIP communication system requires a higher demand to the Internet connection and management of North China Sea Branch of State Oceanic Administration(NCSB,SOA),An effective way to resolve these problems is to utilize local area network from NCSB optimized network resources(The Integrated Network)and build SIP communication system of our own.Through the analyses of key characteristics of SIP protocol and Vo IP,considering the situation of NCSB,the thesis established the telephone service system and key technical routes of VoIP communication system based on SIP protocol.It mainly includes five parts listed as below:(1)research on key techniques of SIP protocol and VoIP,including SIP protocol stack,information and voice processing,work process and the possibility using these techniques in the Integrated Network of NCSB.(2)communication system construction and testing of the Integrated Network based on SIP protocol.(3)analyze characteristics of current network structure,mainly analyze physical connection and communication protocol.(4)analyze the Integrated Network and its structure,running environment,system security mechanism,QoS quality assurance and network management,virtualization platform,etc.(5)system construction,deployment and optimization as well as IP segment assignment.
