Research On The Earthquake Emergency Information Service In Gansu Province

Earthquake emergency information plays an important role in the earthquake emergency and emergency rescue after the earthquake. The government, society and the public most urgently need the information. Earthquake emergency information as one of the social work of the Earthquake Disaster Mitigation Service directly reflects the seismic industry level of service to the community. However, the current earthquake emergency information service capacity in Gansu province is obviously insufficient, there is some discrepancy with the public demand. Especially after the Wenchuan earthquake, exposing the problems of earthquake emergency information acquisition, processing, transmission and other aspects of information quickly and efficiently available to the parties concerned to play an important role in earthquake emergency information, thereby increasing the level of emergency rescue, really played mitigation effectiveness is one of the important issue facing the earthquake department.Firstly this paper starting from the domestic and international earthquake emergency Research, based on the theory and technology of earthquake emergency information, and summarizes the recent significant seismic event (such as Wenchuan earthquake, Yushu earthquake, the east coast of Japan9.0earthquake) in the emergency information services experience. Secondly, by analyzing the status of Gansu Province earthquake emergency information services, we find out the problems, and analyze its causes. Based on above works, we provide Gansu Province earthquake emergency information service capacity building measures, in order to strengthen the earthquake emergency information management, and strengthen the earthquake emergency information release spread, improve the ability of the earthquake emergency information technology, and strengthen the earthquake emergency personnel training, improve the earthquake emergency information to support the protection given countermeasures, in-depth analysis and countermeasures.
