Generally involving a total cut-off frequency of4kHz role, the highcurrent amplifier tube voltage value is only about30~40V. This restricts theamplifier high current, high voltage and the application of broadband domain. In this article, the more distortion in order to overcome thecross-B complementary symmetry circuit need to set the bias circuit to make it workin Class A and B states.Very high voltage large power amplifier, the name suggests, to achieve kV very highvoltage amplifier, to a certain level for the amplifier tube and circuit designrequirements, the amplifier output voltage of up to plus or minus500V; is called a super power amplifier this amplifier theoretical output power can reach tens ofthousands of kilowatts and even to infinity. Overcome many difficulties in the implementation and debuggingprocess, the final completion of the project work.This article discusses the project needs of even high-voltage large power amplifier,the design process, project implementation and finished debugging, discussed thehistory of the development of the power amplifier, power amplifier structure, projectrequirements, design concepts, design methods, design perfection, the finishedproduct debugging work, the difficulties encountered and solutions. Which focuseson the hardware part of this amplifier, and the analysis and discussion to enablereaders to read this entire article would be very high-voltage power amplifiers have abetter understanding.The author during the entire project is completed, in the instructor’s help, the basicact as all the hardware design and implementation. All the hardware circuit diagramis basically advanced EDA software cadence to complete due to lack of experienceand other reasons, the design process is the side of the simulation analysis instructorsto complete the edge obey.
