For the past few years,with the development of our national economy,energy consumption has become the most pressing social problem. Most of our country's energy is consumed in the way of electronicity. 35%-40% of China's total electricity consumption is consumed by the high-voltage motors. Therefore, take high-power electrical equipment's energy-saving work in research is of great practical significance. Unit Series High-voltage frequency converter with AFE have small total harmonic distortion and realization of energy feedback, as it can run in four-quadrant. So it has broad application prospects in forward-backward rotation frequently situation such as Mine Hoist.This Paper analyzes the development of high-voltage inverter, three types of structure which commonly used in high-voltage inverter are analyzed. Focused on topology and operating principle of the unit series high-voltage frequency inverter. Meanwhile, shows the 36 pulse wave phase-shift transformer design method.In this article, AFE power unit topology and operating principle are analyzed and the mathematical model of AFE is given. Using double closed-loop control method based on fixed switching frequency, this paper shows a way of main parameters of the circuit. Meanwhile, the results of AFE closed-loop control system is given by simulation. This paper have the simulation analysis of system state using different inductance value on the AC side, and make sure the optimizing range of paramater value, as it can give assistance to engineering design. At the same time, chooses the buffer circuit of the IGBT, RCD's parameters which have been selected are analyzed by simulation and experiment the ciucuit.Simulation experiments have been conducted to study AFE unit series high-voltage frequency inverter. Shows the output voltage, current waveform and harmonic analysis diagram. Achieves the purpose of suppressing common-voltage which based on the triangular carrier phase shifting PWM technique and third harmonic injection modulation method by analyzing Common-voltage of unit series high-voltage frequency converter.In the low-voltage environment, to build DSP-based experimental platform AFE power unit. Shows the main circuit, control circuit, driver circuit design, and conducted some experiments.
