The Study On The Spread Of Network Rumor In Public Emergency

Nowadays, the internet has not been considered as the new media,but as the mainstream media that can be used everywhere in our lives.Recently, during the period of social transition, Chinese economic, political, and cultural and many other aspects are experiencing a complete and new change, accompanied by a variety of risks and crises. With regard to rumor,it has a long history.it is the oldest media in the world.with the rapid development of Internet,more and more scholars pay attention to network rumor.Alien from a single network rumor, the object we discussed in this paper is the network rumor which arises from emergency. Then, how it is spread? What are their roles that they play in information dissemination chain? How to control its negative influence? This paper is trying to give some discussion of these questions above.This paper consists of four parts:In chapter one, based on the summary of related research achievements at home and abroad,we discuss the studying object and method.,proceeding from carding basic concepts of rumor and network rumor, we reveal that, network rumor is not a new thing; it is a new form resulting from the swift development of internet. Then some of the features of network rumor are discussed.In the network environment, from public emergencies and network rumors in the overall understanding, this paper tried to find out the emergency network communication process and rumors path, and in-depth analysis of each communication link network information content change rumor characteristics, on the analysis of the reason for the variation of rumor information content, grasp the incident the spread of rumors network tracks and process, and the corresponding, in dealing with a different stage period when rumors network, also should grasp the different characteristics of each stage it, should adopt measures should also be different.This paper analyzes the Japanese3-11after the earthquake "dear salt" transmission, rumors of information from the theoretical perspective of embedded system, the network spread rumors the generation of analysis. Through the analysis, we can draw in public emergency network the generation of rumors are the basic similar, also meet the spread of rumors "prophet","grind pointed","assimilation" three phase, and the unexpected events of the rumors control network to provide some enlightenment. Emergency easy generation network rumors, and network rumors in the development degree also may be a cause of the outbreak of unexpected events. The stance of this thesis are still on the guidance and control of online rumors. In terms of guidance and control of online rumors in public events,I think it’s not useful only by the way of "hide","trick" and "blocking" the online rumors in public event,on the contrary by the joint efforts of governments,medias and individuals,and take an actual operational measures to uttermostly put an end to the breed of online rumors as well as increase the effect of guidance and control of online rumors.
