During the development of the production application of a enterprises is highlydependent on information system, the large enterprises integrate and concentrate theinformation systems to ensure the business is uninterrupted and high availability, as a result,complexity of technology has steadily increased and data centre has continuously expandedcause the explosion of maintenance. In order to reduce costs, integrate resource and promoteefficiency, according to the technical requirements of IT system operation and maintenance, itrequires the use of centralized-monitor system to conduct real-time and automated monitoringfor data centers, detect and solve the trouble in good time.The studies purpose of this paper to through the integrated IT services and business tohelp enterprise improve their IT ability of service quality and support. The data centre useportal report platform of monitoring system to summarize and analyze the historical data,improve the system operation condition of internal IT data center, ensure service quality andefficiency in operation and maintenance.This paper first introduced the research background of monitoring system, currentsituation of data center monitoring system at home and abroad; second, because the wholeartificial inspection work had been unable to meet the requirements of operation andmaintenance of IT system, the enterprise data center in urgent needed of a set of monitoringsystem on the basis of setting, network, host, database, middleware monitoring,the function requirement was proposed; at the same time, monitoring system can not only onalarm and performance of equipment in real-time monitoring, but also request to collect andanalyze the system monitoring data. Therefore, it suggested that needed a detailedrequirement content of report system in the system display layer. Third, it is difficult tocontinue using design mode of the traditional static report because of poor maintain and weakextensibility in the project. Every report needed to be extended and test in the integratedprocess; when demand increases, the expansion of the system would be very difficult, formcomplex, it needed professionals to operate of using pro tools, platform was poorcompatibility. So based on the enterprise data center centralized monitoring system, syntheticreport platform was designed and implemented. In order to obtain a better user experience,portal system of research report used the SOA framework, combining AJAX technology torealize data transmission and display. This scheme in reducing the network data overhead, therich client operation has the incomparable superiority. At the same time, the SOA architecturewas used for future system expansion to lay a good foundation. In fourth, design and researchof the function realization for reporting platform, mainly included several major aspects of therealization of system control functions, the realization of system functions, logic and technical report partial functions, management function realization of statements and technology partialfunctions, as well as management functions of reporting systems.This paper develop a synthetic report platform, it extracts historical data to summarizefrom the different monitoring module to form daily, weekly and monthly reports of alarm andperformance of IT equipment, base on the various graphics show reports for operation andmaintenance personnel to carry out comprehensive fault diagnosis and trend analysis. Theleadership will integrate or invest IT resources of data center after collect and analyze thewhole data to guarantee the security, reliability of data center operation and maintenance,improve production efficiency to provide the high quality IT services.
