As the defectexists in the traditional management model, the issue designed and implemented officeAutomation Management System under computer technique support,so as to AccelerateInformatization Construction to Improve Competitiveness for Enterprises.This paper introduces the development process of OA System which is strictadherence to the software development flow systems analysis system, design systemimplementation and test. In order to improve the efficiency of software developmet,wedivide the system to three layer, each layer introduce famework, Struts famework isworking on the expression layer, Spring famework is working on the Business Layer, andHibernate famework is working on data layer.Firstly The paper introduces the choice of development technology. The paperdecide to develop the OA system based on B/S model because the B/S is more suitablefor the system than the C/S model. Then In order to improve the efficiency of softwaredevelopment,and short the length of the software code,this paper introduces SSHframework to develop system.The expression layer can be separated from business layerby Struts framework, so the Developers can develop system independently. In order toreduce the dependence of each layer and improve the compatibility of each layer, thispaper introduce Spring framework. In order to solved these shortages about data layer inSpring framework, this paper introduce hibernate framework. The introduction of thethree frameworks technology can reduce development of system, and improves thesystem performance requirements such as maintainability, all these can make the OAsysem more structured as well as more easily to be expanded and maintained.Then this paper describe the system requirements analysis in detail.This issuedetermine the direction of system by the system objective and the feasibility analysis.Then analyzes the performance and demands of OA system, and it determines thecomposition of the system’s functional structure through business needs and functionalrequirements. Then the functional requirements is certain through case diagrams, Andthe system is divided to seven moudles：System Management, Attendance Management, Daily Management, Staff Management, Express Letter Management, Application Auditand Plan Formulate，the Advertising Demonstrates Module is introduced based onbusiness requirement.on this basis we determine each type of personnel and operationpermissions of personnel.Then the paper introduces the system design on the basis of system requirementsanalysis,firstly we determines the hierarchical model of the system, then designs all thefunctions of system by researching each moulde workflow. Then design the database ofsystem,This design process consists of three parts:database concept design, logicstructure design and physical structure design.In order to improve the reliability of thesystem,this article carrys on security design:To determine whether the user wasauthenticated with operating privileges;Then strictly limite authority for each user typesof operating authority, limit the users operation; finally, fault recovery of database, databackup for avoiding accidents.Finally the paper introduce system implementation according to the system design.This chapter is divided to two parts to introduce System implementation: public classesof the system, and key function realization. In order to short the length of the softwarecode, this paper introduce public classes,for example System time class and Automaticprocessing class of string. Then the paper introduce login function, search function andexpress letter function,the system can be used to manage enterprise.The OA System is developed by java technology, and in order to reduce theComplexity of develop we introduce SSH framework, and use SQL Server2000to storedata information.
