Since reforming of housing system in our country，many real estate agencies have been emerged incities of our country, it is impossible to deal with a large number of the information of real estate by manualmanagement. Therefore, it is necessary to utilize the computer technology to develop the house informationmanagement system, which can manage information and meet the systemically managing require of houseand consumer information, which many real estate agencies need. The house information managementsystem can register information quickly and timely, couple the houses information and the consumers needneatly to improve the efficiency of the staff.At the same time，it also realize the secrecy of the housinginformation to ensure that the privacy of the owners will not be violated and ensures the information of thereal estate agencies normative. The system administration mainly is to operate somefoundation data, such as the jurisdiction, user information and system parameter carried on theestablishment.This system uses the C#.NET development language, the backstage database uses SQL Server2005.At the last step of the research, the system is tested, the functional requirements are achieved. This systemhas solved the house information management information problem. It has characteristics of easy operation,high reliability, and large storage and so on.This system covers the rental, sale, buy other daily receiving services. The research projects aimed atdata management and data resource management under the premise of quality and quantity, betterinformation management to improve the efficiency of housing. Using computer technology to achieve theknowledge and acceptance, the development of a practical solution that allows housing informationmanagement system with fast, efficient and accurate benefits, to ensure that the management of automationand standardization, completely solve the hand to read, time-consuming copying laborious problem, greatlyreducing the labor intensity, improve work efficiency, timely information to update the data, saving costs ofintermediation, real estate agent to enhance efficiency.
