With The shortages of energy, increasing environmental pollution and stringent vehicleemissions regulations, hybrid vehicle, especially the emergence of urban hybrid bus isparticularly important. Natiannal hybrid buses have been researched and demonstrated to runwell promoting by the relevant state policies and regulations. In order to facilitate researcherto identify and solve problems, the vehicle operating parameters and fault information need tobe informed. This paper develops hybrid bus data acquisition and wireless transmissionsystem came into being.According to the demand of the system, this paper have designed a program of theoverall structure of the hybrid electric bus data acquisition and wireless transmission systems,and determined the parameters to be collected and wireless transmission network. Based onthe modular design method, the system consists of two main modules: data acquisitionmodule and wireless transmission module. The hardware design of data acquisition moduleincluding: power supply module design, CAN communication interface circuit design, signalprocessing circuit design and RS-232communication interface circuit design. XC164CSmicrocontroller, as the data acquisition module main controller, integrate CAN bus controllercan be easily extended CAN communications interface circuits, that communicate withvehicle CAN. The signal processing module circuit provide the support of the hardwarefeatures resolve the vehicle CAN signals and control the various peripheral interface circuit.RS-232communication interface circuit convert the main controller chip level. TheS3C2440A, as the main chip of wireless transmission module, does not contain the FLASHmemory and DRAM memory. And this paper were designed FLASH and DRAM memoryinterface circuit. FLASH memory storage system kernel and applications. DRAM memory isuesed to meet the space of system operation and data storage. In order to make the datatransmission speedly and reliability, we have chosen CONEXTOP TECHNOLOGYWgBoard3G high-performance networking modules, and designed the appropriate interfacecircuit that communicate with the S3C2440A processer.In software development, the CAN module and serial must be configurated. The processis the basis of the communication functions of the entire system. Then to design a protocolanalysis program, the program can recognize the ID number on the vehicle CAN bus dataframe and store it in accordance with a certain format, sent to the next bit machine wirelesstransmission module by serial port. Initialization program need for the3G moduleinitialization before the realization of wireless communication. In order to achievecommunication between the3G network and the Internet, this paper designed wireless datatransmission in the TCP/IP mode.In order to verify the function of the system implementation, this paper test the dataacquisition module and wireless transmission module. The test results show that: CAN communications functions, serial communication, and wireless transmission function can berealized. In this paper the development of hybrid bus data acquisition and wirelesstransmission system has been applied to urban hybrid buses in the road test. During the test,the system have strong anti-interference ability and the higher the sampling frequency, andruns well, include: speed, accelerator pedal position, engine operating state, the motorrunning, the battery operating status and statistical analysis of the vehicle power distributiondata.. Analysizing the collected data, we found that this system of research and developmentof hybrid buses and optimize the vehicle control strategy has high practical value.
