The equipment management is an ideal tool tomanage the full life cycle of equipment, transfer the existing data into knowledge, helpenterprises in the equipment purchase, installation, operation, application, maintenance, scrapand make business decisions. Equipment management, as a complete enterprise solution, hasbeen paid more attentions. Contemporarily, as a part of the equipment management,equipment trouble management is one of the hottest research topics.On the CNOOC business present situation analysis and combining with the informationof MAXIMO platform application understanding, clear for the realization of the researchobject. Analysis of the situation is as follows: first of all equipment maintenance equipmentrepair as the basic work and important part, while in the MAXIMO platform has not achieved.Relate to the equipment fault related business management application is not thorough, faultcode base without forming. Fault data recording has not been good precipitation accumulatedknowledge system, cannot undertake effective realization of equipment failure analysis andequipment repair strategy, plan management, failed to achieve equipment life cyclemanagement role. Fault report, fault report module in MAXIMO platform in actual work doesnot match. Cause business management and system functional disconnection.Informatization is not comprehensive, thorough.According to the above problems, this paper will solve the practical demand for base,This article introduces the design and implementation process of equipment troublemanagement in the CNOOC branch based on the MAXIMO platform. In accordance with theequipment whole life cycle and the entire process of management thought construction,realize the production enterprise business process reengineering, organization restructuring.And on this basis, planning from equipment failure before the preventive repair andpreventive maintenance, fault occurrence induced downtime and maintenance downtimeequipment whole process analysis, formed with the characteristics of the product to run track management mode. The original management of equipment spare parts, equipmenttechnology management, parts inventory management and equipment parametersmanagement, business analysis, summed up the formation of static data management model.Extract the existing report data of equipment trouble management in CNOOC and create anequipment trouble code system;Define the CNOOC to be the user, establish a complete datastatistical approach and make data statistical analysis; Fill in the pre-defined report templatesafter getting the analysis results, and finally, perform this report to customers. |
