Qidong local industrial economic development decision aid system is an information supportive tool for the city government to help the local enterprises in business development and enhancement. Its objectives is to help the local government to develop long term and effective policies to support the enterprises innovations in their business operations with the industrial economic innovation projects as measures.This thesis presents the following works with the above mentioned objectives and the software engineering methodologies. Based on Qidong’s economic policy management requirements, this software’s necessity and critical requirement analysis are discussed, and the related use-case models are setup. The software’s global architecture, major component object structures, database design scheme, the detailed data table structures and the related class diagrams and processing flowcharts within the architecture framework are also described. On basis of the design scheme the software system’s programming methods and code examples are briefly discussed together with the application system’s test methods, test contents, steps and results.This software system is programmed with C#/.NET and SQL Server as the backend database server platform. Currently this application system provides evidences for some critical economic and industrial policy making decision as well as provides the supportive policy indices’ values and ranges. As a result, this system’s development and application has reached lots of active effects. |
