| Medical records are the standard files which recorded of disease manifestations, treatment and the process of the disease treatment recorded by medical staffs. It is preserved by Medical Records Department complied with relevant provisions. It is the basic information of the medical, teaching, research, and also the original archival material of medical science.As the rapid development of computer technology and the extensive application in the medical field, digitization of medical records became more important. The digitization medical records were translated the paper medical records into a computer-recognized form to be stored. Digital medical records are advantages to preservation, management and searching compared with paper records.The first part describes the background and significance of the paper, include the policies and regulations published by Ministry of Health, the research status at home and abroad. By analyzing this information, we proposed that the digital medical records were imperative. The second part introduces the "basic norms of electronic medical records" and "electronic medical records standard" published by the Ministry of Health. The standardization of electronic medical records helped to strengthen and standardize the medical management of electronic medical record, improve the efficiency of medical records, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients. The third part beginning to analysis the system, further understanding of the issues and the environment through the needs analysis, further clarify to the actual requirements of the software system. Select a more mature and stable development tools and platforms by analyzing. The fourth part is the overall design. We establish design principles and project planning, analysis the system’s business process, focus on the creation of the database and select some important data table in details. The fifth part is mainly about the important functional modules. |
