This paper committed to design a control system of Intelligent precision stroke hydrauliccylinder drive unit. The control system can improve the precision of switch value contolhydraulic system by controlling the drive unit.This hydraulic system is widely used in theactual life;It has low price,adapting ability than the proportional valve and servo valve controlhydraulic system, But the control accuracy of it is low.Design this control system can improvethe control precision of switch control hydraulic system.The electrical control design of thiscontrol system can realize the automatic position detection and intelligent control poweroutput. The main research contents include hardware circuit design and software design ofthis control system.The control unit can be realized the precision control of hydraulic cylindertrip by simple installation to switch valve control system,It has trong adaptability andportability than the other methods.It ensures the accuracy of the trip,We use grating sensorthat is a digital sensor to acquire the position signal of hydraulic cylinder.In addition,We usethe fuzzy algorithm to calculate the oil which we need.It can accurately react factors,So it canmake the result more accurate.The control system can improve the precision of switch valvecontrol hydraulic system trip and can expand their application fields.
