In this paper, we developed the automatic control device of the Self-inhaling LPG Shuttle Kiln by Using AVR Single Chip Microcomputer. Based on the structure characteristics and operation principle of the Self-inhaling LPG Shuttle Kiln, a complete set of transmission mechanism was designed by software AutoCAD; A hardware design scheme of control system has been presented in this paper. By taking account of nonlinear, time variation and uncertainty of process control of the Self-inhaling LPG Shuttle Kiln and to realize the automatic control of the Self-inhaling LPG Shuttle Kiln , we must adopt fuzzy control algorithms, which needs no accurate mathematics model of the controlled object. The software of control system was developed by C language in the integrated development environment of ICCAVR compiler. The whole set of developed automatic control device can adjust the aperture of the gate vavle of exhaust gas and the valve of liquefied petroleum gas and air, and then control the flowrate of liquefied petroleum gas, air and exhaust gas. The control of temperature,pressure and atmosphere is realized in the test. The whole set of control system obtained good effect both in lab debugging and running on shuttle kiln.
