With the development of science, technology and industry, ultraviolet(UV) radiation measuring technology has been widely used. In order to ensure the accuracy of measurement of UV radiation, UV radiation illuminance meter verification work is very important. Recently, the measurement department still use manual verification device for verification of UV radiation illuminance meter. Low efficiency, bad precision and too many verification tasks make the work a burden. A series of researches on automatic control system of ultraviolet radiation illuminometer verification device have done according to the verification regulation and the characteristics of UV radiation illuminance meter verification at present stage in this thesis,the main work are as follows.Firstly, we study on the current situation of UV radiation illuminance meter verification work and the analysis of the existing problems of verification work. Then we determined the research significance of this topic. The current research situation of UV radiometer calibration work and the research status of some related work to the design of the system should be know about, and the design requirements and the main contents of the research of the task were determined on this basis.Secondly, according to the system design requirements, the overall system control scheme has been designed. In the overall system control scheme the structure of this system and the composition of the system and the function of each part will be designed. According to the overall design of system, the main control technology application system will be analyzed.Thirdly, according to the overall scheme of system design and principle, this thesis introduces the function of each part of the system. And the design process includes: the design of the hardware and the software of the motion control system based on the single chip and the design of the superior system.Finally, system through the design of software and hardware of the system simple experimental platform are being set up. The partial function of the system is tested through the experimental platform. The performance of this system is evaluated through the test data and system resources can be rational allocation. The system can work in coordination, and the function of the system can be achieved.In this thesis, the automatic control system of UV radiation illuminometer verification device using a superior system as the man-machine interface to send control commands and displays the displacement data of the motion platform, using a single chip microcomputer as control core to receive the control command of the superior system and to control the motion platform related motion test completing the verification work, using the rotary encoders and the limit switches as the main detection device to realize the closed loop control of the motion platform displacement. The system realizes the semi automation verification ultraviolet radiation meter and provides a new method for ultraviolet radiation illuminance meter verification work and greatly improves the UV radiation illuminance meter verification work efficiency.
