In the context of economic globalization, choosing the right partners to complete production tasks together is the key to ensure product smoothly and profit ultimately. Selection of partners includes two main sections, Comprehensive Evaluation and Optimized combination. Scientific and effective evaluation methods and the optimized combination method can help enterprises to select the optimal partner from a large number of candidate enterprises.First, this article analyses several commonly used comprehensive evaluation methods at present in detail. On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of every methods deeply, a method based on the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (the abbreviated form is AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (the abbreviated form is TOPSIS) method is presented.This method used FAHP in the index evaluation phase, and used TOPSIS in the case evaluation stage. Using this method can make full use of initial data, and also avoid the disadvantages of FAHP about constructing judgment matrix difficultly, and calculating hardly.Secondly, the paper analyzes several commonly used in combinatorial optimization method, then proposed discrete particle swarm optimization to deal with the optimized combination of these candidate enterprises.The example calculation proves that the proposed method is effective and feasible, can be used as reliable basis for the selection of partners.
