Development And Implementation Of PM Module In The ERP System For Jilin Petrochemical Company

In the production and business activities of enterprises, the main task of equipment management system is to provide good and economic technical equipment for enterprises, make the production and operating activities of enterprises established in the best material and technological foundation, and ensure the production operation smoothly. Moreover, a computer software platform connected to the production shop, production sector, equipment, spare parts and material management is also established for the equipment management, spare parts management, fault management, orders management, cost accounting, report generation and other functions. The economic and technical analysis system of equipment management is established to provide the basis for leader of the company to understand the status of enterprise equipment and make comprehensive decisions for the company fixed assets investment and technical innovation. In addition, we establish an integrated equipment information resource sharing system to ensure that the information resources of equipment system become a component of enterprise information resources and an important data source of ERP system.
