Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer technology is the use of the correspondencebetween the interferogram and the spectra, containing the spectral characteristics of thedetected substances which are obtained through the Fourier Transform of the interferencedfringes. This technology has important applications in military, agriculture, environmentalmonitoring, astronomical observations, biomedical and other fields. With the rapiddevelopment of the interference spectrum technology, especially static interferometertechnology based on prism and the spatially modulated interferometer based on the detectorarray scanning, it is possible that the real-time for applications where the spectral rate ofchange is fast.The real-time spectrum analyzer based on FPGA + ARM was designed in order toreal-time obtain the spectral information of the measured objects, such as chemical warfareagents, atmospheric pollutants and so on. Signal sampling module, real-time processingmodule and total control display module is part of the system. Using ANALOG DEVICEScompany AD7492 and xilinx XC3S500E control chip, the Signal sampling module convertsthe analog signals into digital signals and then sends to the real-time processing board throughthe parallel bus. The data processing board which is a development board of xinlinx the XUPVirtex-II Pro, send the data to the ARM terminal after completing the spectral inversionprocessing. The ARM terminal is used to display and save the spectra.There are many advantages in this program, including low power consumption, smallsize, high integration, high speed and high reconfigurability. The function is extremelypowerful for part of the function changes only need to add or delete the relevant code.
