Optical interference measurements in a small material deformation detection, refractive index measurement of optical media, and optical wave front detection have wide application.The mobile measure of stripe is one of the key technologies. Its treatment as the core of the interference detection system has been much attention.In the past, the traditional treatment is that the characteristics of the tested object was been tested, by working backward from numerical analysis of interferes’image. The charge as a signal is the traditional methods’ outstanding feature which is different from most other devices is current or voltage of signal. First, interference fringes was been collected through the digital image acquisition system in the process of the traditional method, and then computer image processing software would give the characteristics, the end, we can win the measured object physical. Position sensitive detectors (position sensitive detector PSD) is a kind of ideal position precision photoelectric detector, Because it has position high resolution, fast response time, high reliability, fast transient effect characteristics, continuous output of analog signals, no dead zone, ignore the flare shape, directly give flare barycenter position, efficient and fast, and PSD has obvious advantages than the traditional CCD in response speed and resolution, spectral response, anti-jamming ability.In view of this, this article confirmed research subject that we use PSD instead of CCD measuring the interference fringes of displacement, our aim is to study a kind of interference fringes measurement techniques which is simple and intuitive, low cost and good sensitivity. The main contents are as follows:(1)This paper describes the combination structure of interferometer, detection method of interference fringes, the development、development history%application situation and basic theory of position sensitive detectors (PSD).(2)We have detailed research that is the detection method of interference fringes. In view of this, this article first proposed the centroid of the interference fringes, Its central idea is easy. Phase change is converted to the centroid position change of interference stripes by the PSD, and then the measured amount was been tested, by working backward from change of centroid position.(3)This article was first proposed that mobile quantity of interference fringes would be tested by one-dimensional PSD detection, as far as we know, this in this application is first in application field of PSD and interference metrology area.(4) This article firstly designs a filter of super narrowband base on photonic crystals, which could eliminate the background light for position sensitive detector (PSD). This new structure is alternating positive and negative refractive index of the defect type. And by using transfer matrix method for the numerical simulation, the results show that the kind of structure can fundamentally solve background light.(5) finally, this paper have a large number of experimental measurement for testing the displacement by single-mode optical fiber M-Z interferometer, data is obtained by processing system to capture the minimum resolution which is5.15625μm.In this paper, the proposed new method, which innovatively combined displacement of interference fringes with optical fiber, is an academic frontier project.
