In this paper, the significance of applicable Computer Video Information Interception technology is summarized at first. And then, a series of key techniques in computer video information interception is studied, including the characteristics of video signals, the abstraction of horizontal and vertical synchronous information, the requirement for horizontal and vertical synchronous signals, the identification of video red signal. At last, after the introduction of the concept of Virtual Instrument and the analysis of the system framework, virtual instrument based computer video information interception system using Labview is realized. The main contributions of this paper are as follows:At first, applicable computer video information interception technology was discussed. Test work was done and key techniques were analyzed.Secondly, the characteristics of video signals were analyzed in time and frequency domain. Horizontal and vertical synchronous information extraction approaches and wavelet based Plesiochronous Signal extraction method were proposed. We have also put forward a novel Video signal identification method.Thirdly, virtual instrument based computer video information interception system was designed and realized. And we proposed an optimum reception algorithm which achieved optimum reception by controlling the angles of the antenna.
