Audio signal is widely used in the medical,military, machinery processing field etc.At present, audio signal analysis still mainly based on traditional instruments, and there are some defects in it, such as long development cycle, high cost, function can not defined and the system upgrade is not convenient.This paper adopted the analysis system of audio signals based on virtual instrument, and constructed an flexible function of analysis system with high precision and low cost, to provides a new way for bring about flexibility analysis of the audio signal.It can be applied from the two sides of hardware and application software design to complete the system design based on the function of the audio signal analysis requirements and virtual instrument design method. First, on the premise to ensure system reliability and feasibility, the special data acquisition card for data acquisition was instead by the own sound card of computer, to achieve an sampling accuracy of 44.1kHz, depth of sampling 16 bit, with two-channel continuous acquisition for the audio signal. Then, several applications programs, such as the signal generation, signal analysis, signal input-output,data storage, etc. and human machine interface were completed in LabVIEW platform. And it implemented real-time audio signal acquisition, analysis, feature extraction, harmonic distortion analysis, spectral analysis, filtering, etc., standard signal and noise signal occurred, signal input and output, data save, remote monitoring and other functions in one of the analysis system.It has been tested that the system could meet the needs of the audio signal analysis, with the features of low cost, high versatility, easy to upgrade. With broad application prospect, it can be applied to biology, vibration, sound signal detection, analysis, identification and virtual reality teaching, audio analysis research field etc.
