Design And Implementation Of A TSP-Based Practice Teaching Management Platform

With the advancement of higher education reform, standardized, systematic, operable program teaching has become an integral part of teaching practice, TSP came into being, which can make projects do have standards to follow in practice, and improve effectiveness of project practices teaching. TSP (Team Software Process, TSP) provides a practical, workable software process reference model for a software development team, and effectively manages software development progress, strictly controls software project quality by improving software development process in order to steer group to develop high quality software products.This paper has designed and implemented a TSP supporting system including stages of launching teams, the development strategy, team planning, the requirements process, designing with teams, implementation, test and the postmortem, in which the project iteration cycles can be customized, team members’roles are interchangeable, process measurement data are real-time acquisition and multidimensional statistics, ensuring the project is measurable and the quality is controllable. The Paper presents the Ladder mechanism to ensure the orderly conduct of TSP. The system uses Apache and JBOSS as load balancing strategy to cope with high concurrent access.This system has been carried out first in School of Software and Engineering, and has achieved good results, improving the efficiency of software development and providing a strong guarantee for the improvement of team software development. The implementation of the system will act as an important aid for a good practice teaching of traditional projects, make up for its shortcomings, and is also a bold attempt and a further breakthrough of the teaching system, which has an important inspiration to the mode innovation of future practice teaching.
